Kimberly’s strengths are many of which key ones are: Ability to focus on all aspects of an organization when assessing a project or need; strong skills when taking on a project to assess the scope of the work, define the steps needed to be taken, manage and train the stakeholders and bring it to a successful conclusion; strong interpersonal skills and can work with all personalities in a team environment and an excellent strategic planner/organizer with a positive “can do” attitude.

Kimberly was an absolute delight to work with at the Silicon Valley Leadership Group. Together, our teams were consistently tasked with working cross-functionally on time-sensitive items with a diverse set of stakeholders. Project after project, Kimberly proved herself to work well under pressure, and I was most honored to be mentored by her through challenging times.

Over the past several years, I have really enjoyed working with Kim as a member of Kaiser’s executive team. Kim is an effective leader who has strong leadership skills which includes communication, team-building, vision, planning, and more. Kim is a leader who is known to set clear and specific goals for her team and the best strategies to achieve them.
