Social Media Associate

Work Location: Flexible in Bay Area, Central Valley 

The Social Media Associate will be responsible for understanding the intricacies and best practices for communications and digital marketing on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, , YouTube, and other social media platforms. He/She will build, launch, optimize and report on social media campaigns for a variety of different clients including nonprofits, issues advocacy, government, and B2B sectors.

PR Account Manager

Work Location: Flexible in Bay Area, Central Valley 

The PR Account Manager contributes to and implements communication strategies with the goal of planning and creating communications that educates, engages, cultivates and inspires support for KeeWest clients. Responsibilities are to propose, create and execute communications; to evaluate, track, and measure results; to provide day-to-day management; and drive
cross-functional collaborations.

Special Events Manager - Freelance

Work Location: San Jose, Bakersfield, CA, work remotely 

Special Events Manager is a member of the KeeWest team and is responsible for leading and managing high level event logistics and ensuring deadlines and budgets are met. Events range from 50-person small meetings to 1500-person banquet events. 

 The Special Events Manager is responsible for taking the event brief and executing it in accordance with the client’s needs, budget and given timeline. Financial Management is an integral part of this role – taking accountability for the P&L of the event, managing the cost sheet for the client and ensuring the event is fully closed off as soon as the event is completed. The Special Events Manager reports to the KeeWest Principal.

Senior Graphic Designer - Freelance

Work Location: San Jose, Bakersfield, CA, work remotely 

The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for collaborating with members of the KeeWest team to create targeted communications through a variety of print and digital channels, and integrated campaigns for prospective, and current clients. They will conceptualize, develop and implement innovative designs that maintain client brand identity and bring an excellent understanding of all things creative. 

To succeed in this role, applicant must be self-starter, proactive, flexible, detail oriented, have excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. They must have a desire to learn and do things the right way and the ability to follow documentation and a willingness to contribute to a team to help move everyone forward.
